ENGAGEMENT SITTING

60 DAY PROOF BOOK POLICY
The bridal couple shall have up to 60 days to order reprints for the bridal album after delivery of the proof book.
Only applicable to the Traditional Package.
If after 60 days the bridal couple have not done so, the photographer assumes the responsibility for
choosing photographs for the bridal album.

PREMIUM REPRINTS
Reprints consist of just the photograph, no matting or framing is included in these prices.
Matting and framing are extra as noted.
Tax will be added to all reprint orders.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
If I am required to travel more than 30 miles from my home, a minimum purchase of the Traditional Package will be required.

PRIME DATES SCHEDULING:
Saturday prime dates during the months of May through October require a minimum purchase of the traditional package.

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:
As part of our commitment, Schwarz ProFoto requires a signed “contract for service.”

PAYMENT POLICY:
To reserve your wedding day photography with Schwarz ProFoto requires a $500.00 retainer. A refund of the retainer will be available ONLY if I am able to rebook the date that has been cancelled. Balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

THE PROCESS


1. Call, or E-mail for availability and/or an appointment.
2. Your appointment includes two full hours with the photographer. 15 minutes at the end of the session is reserved for consultation and examination of the photographs taken during the session. Two hours is the maximum time allotted for each session to allow flexibility in scheduling.
3. You have the option of three changes of clothing along with many outstanding outdoor photographic opportunities.

THE COST

The cost of the 2 hour shoot is $275.00 plus tax.
Payment in full is required at the conclusion of the session.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE/WHAT IS INCLUDED

1. An attractive, spiral bound proof book with 30 photos of your choosing printed 6 per page. Your favorite photo will be the cover of the proof book in a soft-focus, retouched, oval format on 8X10 photo paper.
2. Four photographic units: A unit consists of:

(1) 8 X 10

(2) 5 X 7

(4) 4 X 5

(3) 4 X 6

(8) Wallets

3. All fees, processing, ordering, shipping and handling of all printed photographs. All you need to do is come pick them up when you are notified or I can and will deliver to the school.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Do I need to purchase any more photographs after the 2 hour shoot?
A. No. Many students and families find that the four included units are plenty for what they want.

Q. What if I want more units?
A. You will receive an order form that can be mailed or brought to Schwarz ProFoto for additional units or extras.

Q. Will you provide a yearbook photo for my school?
A. Yes I will. Each school has certain requirements for the yearbook photo. Schwarz ProFoto will have all the information for your school. A disc will be given to the school with your chosen photograph.

Q. Do you have any pre-set packages?
A. No I do not. The flexibility of unit pricing is more in line with what I believe many students and families are looking for.

Q. Can I mix different poses with my four included units?
A. Yes you can. This is the beauty of unit ordering. One pose per unit though.

Q. What percentage of my 2 hour shoot is indoor versus outdoor?
A. That is strictly up to you. Outdoor portraits are very popular and attractive. I have loads of gorgeous outdoor opportunities at my studio.

Q. What if it rains the day of my appointment and I want mostly outdoor photos?
A. The best answer is to reschedule. The only way Schwarz ProFoto will not shoot outdoors is if it is actually raining.

Q. I know you have a waterfall and creek to photograph in and around. Are there any special precautions I need to take if I want my photographs around the waterfall?
A. Yes. You and your parents MUST sign a waiver giving permission to photograph around the falls that holds Schwarz ProFoto not responsible for possible injuries while in the waterfall vicinity. In addition, with permission, you should wear sneakers or hiking type footwear.

Q. Can I bring friends with me?
A. Yes, BUT, I will photograph only one student per 2 hour session to give full attention to your wishes and desires.
